Stanton is the president and founder of SCH&A, a boutique insurance agency, located in the heart of Malaga Cove Plaza. They are proudly celebrating their 30th year in business.
Stanton was born in Detroit, Michigan and is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. He has a strong background in the design, marketing, compliance and implementation of employee benefits program. The groups they service range between 2 and 3,000 employees. Stanton works with businessowners to help design programs that meet the needs of their employees, while being mindful of the employer’s budget.
Stanton is a recognized leader with many insurance companies including Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser Permanente, Guardian and United Healthcare. SCH&A also has an individual insurance department that helps clients place their individual life, disability, long term care, medical, and Medicare plans. Stanton has been an active member in the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) for the past 30 years, as well as being asked to serve on several insurance company boards and focus groups.
Stanton's success is built on relationships. He takes the time to carefully listens to his client’s concerns, and tailors a plan that meets their unique needs. Getting the right insurance is complicated enough. Stanton makes it easy by working face to face with his clients to ensure that they are well taken care of. It is SCH&A’s “high touch” and concierge type service that has allowed them to thrive for the past 30 years. Stanton’s comprehensive knowledge of insurance has earned him the distinction of a trusted advisor in his industry.

Trish brings 10 years of experience as a sales executive in the pharmaceutical industry. Trish joined SCH&A in 2012 where she serves as VP of Director of Operations.
Trish has developed and maintained multiple carrier relationships with top insurance companies, enabling her to provide her clients with outstanding products and services. Like everyone at SCH&A, Trish prides herself in the high level of service she provides to customers.
Outside of SCH&A she enjoys spending time with her two sons, Jonah and Owen.

Karen has been in the insurance industry since 1972. During her career, Karen partnered with a National insurance carrier to create a state-wide accident program for the California community colleges.
Karen joined SCH&A in 2000 where she is the Senior Client Services Manager. She handles sales, renewals, marketing, enrollments, terminations, claim issues, accounting issues, and other customer service issues for small groups, individuals as well as for Medicare participants.
Karen enjoys spending time her son and her granddaughters. Some of her hobbies include seeing movies and reading.

Rikki is from Boise, where she worked for PacificSource Health Plans. In 2016 she moved to beautiful Huntington Beach and joined SCH&A . Rikki is responsible for managing our online Benefit Administration System and oversees group renewal. She has a knack for finding the best plan possible for our clients while problem-solving any issues that may arise. She takes pride in providing excellent customer service and the clients at SCH&A appreciate that!
Rikki enjoys taking her handsome yellow lab Bear to the dog beach, hiking, riding bikes and hanging out with friends.
